What we do, and what it costs

Prices below are honest starting points for an average quarter acre lot in our service area. Your written quote comes after we have seen the property, and it does not change once we agree it.

Weekly lawn maintenance

Mow, edge along beds and walks, line trim fence lines and obstacles, then blow every hard surface clean. We bag or mulch clippings depending on the season and your preference. Weekly through the growing season, every two weeks in cooler months.

Spring and fall cleanups

The full reset. Leaves cleared from beds and lawn, dead perennials cut back, shrubs shaped, bed edges recut, and all debris hauled away. Spring cleanups include a pre-emergent application so weeds never get established.

Mulch and bed work

Old mulch removed or turned, edges recut by hand, weed barrier where it makes sense, then fresh hardwood or black mulch installed to a proper depth. This is the single cheapest thing you can do to make a property look maintained.

Tree and hedge trimming

Shaping and thinning on hedges, ornamentals, and small trees. Clearance cuts away from roofs, gutters, and walkways. Anything needing a climb or a lift we refer to a certified arborist rather than guess at it.

Sod and overseeding

Patch repairs on shaded or worn areas, or full lawn replacement. We prep the grade, install St. Augustine, Zoysia, or Bermuda, and walk you through the two week watering schedule that decides whether it takes.

Irrigation checks and repairs

Zone by zone testing, head replacement, and adjustment so you are not watering the sidewalk. Seasonal timer changes are included free for maintenance customers.

Paver patios and walkways

Design, excavation, base, and install. Paver, flagstone, or concrete. We handle permits where they are required and leave the site clean. Most patios run two to four days start to finish.

Retaining walls and drainage

Block walls, French drains, and regrading for yards that hold water after a storm. Drainage is the problem most people live with for years before finding out it is a one day fix.

Common questions

Before you ask

Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our customers are at work when we come. We just need gate access, and we will text you if anything is locked.

Is there a contract?

No contract on maintenance. It runs month to month and you can stop any time with a week's notice. Larger installs get a written scope and a deposit schedule before anything starts.

What happens if it rains?

We move you to the next dry day, usually within 48 hours, and we text you when the schedule shifts. You are never charged for a visit we did not make.

Do you haul everything away?

Yes. Clippings, leaves, branches, and old mulch all leave with us. Disposal is included in the quoted price, with no dump fee added afterwards.

Are you insured?

Fully licensed and insured, with general liability and workers comp. We are happy to send the certificate before we start.

How soon can you start?

Maintenance customers usually start within a week. Larger installs depend on the season, and we will give you a real date rather than a vague one when we quote.
